- User Guide
- All our equipment will be provided with operation materials such as installation diagram, user manual, wiring diagram, foundation construction drawing and installation videos.
- On-site Installation and Commissioning
- When the equipment is delivered to customer's site, we will designate our mechanical engineer and electrical engineer to go to customer's site for equipment installation and commissioning. Our engineers will also train operators on safe operation.
- Troubleshooting
- If any machine failure occurs during the production process, we will help solving the issue via video call and record the causes of equipment failure. Furthermore, we will also provide videos for machine commissioning to assist customers in reducing the machine downtime.
- Spare Parts Supplying
- Apart from providing technical support, we will also send spare parts for customers by air when the machine parts have damaged, helping customers reduce their production losses.
