Features
- Electric adjustment of slitting blade distance, automatic tool locking, double guiding shafts, double locking oil cylinder, stable operation and easy adjustment;
- Tungsten alloy blade is featured by great sharpness, long service life, clean slitting edge, intact and free of burrs;
- Five-point scoring enables scored line to be easily folded without breaking;
- Electric control of transverse movement, with moving range of 200mm;
- Two pneumatic sharpening methods of automatic and manual sharpening are adopted. Sharpening while working is supported to improve work efficiency;
- Polyurethane rubber is installed in the inner knife holder to prevent dust and reduce failure rate;
- Paper feeding from two rollers and then scoring, easily adjusted, only slitting under the circumstance of not scoring, thus avoiding to make errors;
- The lower scoring wheel is the driving wheel powered by six rows of shaft while the paper is smooth. The upper and lower scoring wheel can be slightly adjusted in a timing manner;
- HRB bearing ensures the long time running of the machine.
