• Comprehensive wide channel steel with high intensity, stable high-speed operation, covered with heat and sound insulation shield；

• Heavy pressing roller provides a safe, reliable and stable automatic lifting structure to heat for adhesion and cool down; Hot plate is manufactured according to national safety standard of pressure vessels and the inner space is designed with S airflow structure to improve the utilization rate of steam; Also the reinforcing ribs is used to weld the hot plate to keep the original form in a heated environment.
• The steam inlet and outlet is intersected and the hot steel plate’s temperature is well balanced;
• The drive section is designed with anilox wear-resistant rubber in large diameter to prevent the slipping of belt and improve the operation stability;
• The primary driving shaft is equipped with speed monitoring encoder which can keep pace with the glue machine to ensure the operation stability;
• The main power is provided by variable frequency motor with greater speed adjusting range and stable operation;
• The individual driving box is designed with helical gear which is finely processed with high precision after the heat processing of premium alloy steel. High intensity, low noise, large transmission torque and easy to repair and maintain;
• The reduction gearbox is designed with individual oil pump together with copper tube which exists in various bearings and transmission gears to cool down, thus improving the service life of the reduction gearbox.
