• The surface of each roll is treated by precision grinding and chrome plating, ensuring smooth finish and high durability;
• Automatic wrap angle adjustment within a range of 60-270 degree;
• Preheat roll is constructed in compliance with national standard of pressure vessel to ensure safe use;
• Preheat roll and paper guide roll are made of 110mm electroplated seamless steel tube;
• Wrap angle is electrically adjusted to change the paper medium’s heating surface on preheat cylinder. The wrap angle can also guarantee paper medium’s temperature to save energy at lower steam pressure;
• Helical worm reduction gear and sprocket wheels are installed to regulate the preheat surface of paper medium.
