Features

- Automatic counting function is available at feeding section, finished cartons are transported in batches (can be set in a range of 2-99pcs) to the end part of the conveyor for strapping and packaging;

- Suitable for stitching one-piece box, two-piece box and irregular shaped box;
- Single stitch (/), double stitch (//) or strengthen stitch (////) can be done in one pass, satisfying specific needs of users;
- Stitch pitch is adjustable in a range of 30-120mm;
- Automatic wire feeding system (20kg flat wire);
- Utilizing computer for automatic adjustment of parameters, ensuring high accuracy;
- Failure can be shown on computer monitor;
- Choosing Taiwan WEINVIEW touch screen，parameters（nail distance，number of nails，nail type，back panel）, convenient and fast change;
- Back electrical baffle is driven by stepper motor, accurate dimensions, convenient and fast change of dimension;
- After the electric baffle, using the stepper motor driver, the size is accurate, the transform size is more convenient and quick.
- Stitching heads are adopted with Taiwan original accessories, longer service life;
- One machine with dual purpose, nailing one-piece carton or two-pieces combined carton;
- Operators can switch orders and 99 orders can be stored in the system;
- Transformer is insulated to protect the machine and extend service life of the machine’s core components.
